What We Do

We are dedicated to preparing young people for life-career success by developing essential interpersonal and employability skills and reducing the number of students that fall off after graduation and are instead on viable career pathways.

Workforce Development

Creating a successful Workforce Initiative Program requires a multilevel buy-in from schools, businesses, and community partners that unite under the combined interest of what we call “workforce creation.” Workforce creation is not about job placement and filling entry-level roles; it’s about creating a new workforce through in-school and in-business innovation. Sadly, most workforce programs are unsuccessful.

We Provide:

Workforce Building and Development
An instruction manual for running a successful workforce initiative of your own.

Workforce Development Consulting
Limited engagement based on the need of the district or nonprofit.

Workforce Creation
Working side-by-side with you and your team to create a successful workforce program.

Here is an example of what we did for Career Quest with Little Miami High School
